TEAM PODIUM Triathlon ALHAURIN-CONCORVE MAKES THE BEST RESULT
The Marbella Triathlon Challenge is a test of the toughest specialty held in Spain. Consists of going over 1500 meters of swimming, 30 km bike with very technical sections and 10 km race walk of extreme hardship.
As every year is one of the objectives of our local triathlon club. This year the first weekend in June.

This year we have one of our best results:
- Antonio Aguilar: Third in the overall making a big comeback in the cycling leg.
- Tamara Benitez: Third in the overall female after two mountain bike specialists, supported by the difficult terrain. 
- Runners by Team: with many components of the club at the top. Besides those already named Jesús Gutiérrez team scored 6 and Pedro Cruz 8 º. 
This same weekend also celebrated the Triathlon Championship in Posadas Andalucia. The components of our club were there. The test began with a large waterspout on the stretch of the 1500 meter swim, which accompanied the athletes to run. Our best performance was given by Antonio Garcia made a spectacular comeback in the cycling leg and the foot race, which earned him runner-up to win the veterans category 35, he missed just one second to reach the first. Another of our components are displaced Mellilla to participate in the City Triathlon. Francisco Mora dominated the test until the last leg of the race, where he accused the knee operation she underwent this season and snatched the win to go third in line. Anyway its progression promises great results during the second half of the season.
