Ingredients (serves 4)
1 kg of squid and cuttlefish
2 or 3 whole cloves of garlic Parsley
50 g olive oil Salt
1 Chili 2 cups rice

- Clean and cut the squid and cuttlefish and set aside.
- Place in the bowl the garlic and parsley. Chop 4 seconds on speed 5. Lower
