- Peel apples and cut them into quarters. Filetéelas fine.
- Place the butterfly in the blades. Then pour in the cup eggs and sugar and set 3 minutes, 37 °, speed 3. Remove the temperature, and set the same time and speed. Add butter and brandy and stir 20 seconds at speed 1.5.
- When well mixed, add the flour, baking powder and salt. Tape, close and set speed 10 seconds in 2.5. Gently wrap finished with a spatula.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 30 cm in diameter, and top the apple slices.
- Place in a preheated oven at 130 º for about 20 minutes. Pierced with a skewer in the center. If it comes out clean it is cooked.
- Remove the oven, let cool, unmold and sprinkle the surface with icing sugar through a sieve.
