Swollen Jaw Post Dentist

Beer Chicken (Thermomix 31)

Ingredients: (4 people) 120 g
onion 2 garlic cloves 120 g
red pepper 100 g of crushed tomato (boat)
50 g olive oil
1 kg of chicken in small pieces
25 cl of beer
Salt to taste White pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Put the onion in the bowl game in four regular pieces with the garlic, bell pepper, cut into pieces approximately 2 cm, tomatoes and oil. Chop 5 seconds on speed 5 and then sauté 7 minutes, 100 °, speed 1.5.
- Then place the butterfly in the blades, add the chopped chicken and sauté 3 minutes, 100 º, speed spoon. (Check through the nozzle which is pushed in the throttle and turn right).
- Finally, add the beer, salt and pepper, and finish the dish programming to 20 minutes, 100 º, speed spoon (when you see a lot of boiling, remove the beaker and put the lid in place the basket to avoid splashing). Check that the chicken is tender prodding with the tip of a knife, otherwise, set 5 minutes at the same temperature and speed.
